The 35th International Conference on Conceptual Modeling
Nov. 14-17, 2016, Gifu, Japan
The ER 2016 Tool Demonstration session complements the overall program of the conference. It is designed to provide an exciting and highly interactive way to demonstrate conceptual modeling tool, and an excellent way to advertise the applicability of the results and gather feedback from the international conceptual modeling community.
Tool Demonstration papers should be related to the topics of interest of the main conference track and could include computational environments and prototypes for conceptual modeling, practical conceptual modeling projects using conceptual modeling tools, lessons learned, and late-braking results of innovative use of conceptual modeling tools. The session is focused on academic and research software, and it is not intended for the demonstration of commercial products.
Submissions to the Tool Demonstrations track should make clear what will be demonstrated, and in particular point out what makes the demonstration a novel showcase. Submission should also specify:
All submitted Tool Demonstration papers must be formatted according to the instructions for submission format for research submissions. Tool Demo papers must be no more than four pages long. These page limits include all parts of the paper: title, abstract, body, and bibliography. Tool Demo papers should clearly describe what will be demonstrated and how the contribution will be illustrated interactively. Tool Demo papers could also include a URL that showed a preliminary version of the demo (e.g., screenshots, or even an interactive program).
Please send an email with your submission information to er2016demos@sa.cs.titech.ac.jp
All accepted papers will be distributed from the ER 2016 web site. Selected Tool Demonstration papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in the LNCS series.
