Call for Posters

The ER 2016 Poster Session is designed to provide an informal space for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss their most recent advances, experiences, and challenges of research relevant to the topics of interest of the main conference track.

Poster submissions are intended to stimulate discussions of recent advances, experiences, and challenges as well as cutting-edge ideas. We highly encourage young researchers to present their work during the Poster Session.

Important Dates

• Submission due: August 29, 2016 September 12, 2016
• Notification: September 9, 2016 September 15, 2016 September 21, 2016
• Poster session at ER 2016 in Gifu: November 14-17, 2016

Submission Guidelines

Submissions consist of a 300 words abstract reflecting the poster's content (paper is not required). The abstract should describe on-going work, early results, experiences and/or challenges of research to be discussed during the session, and should be aligned with the topics of interest of the main conference track.

Publication

Accepted Poster submissions will be listed in the final program. They will not be part of the proceedings of the conference.
