Registration

The online registration and hotel reservation site has already been closed. If you have not registered the conference, you can do on-site registration (using a credit card only).

Registration Fee

The table below details the registration fee structure, in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Fees include breaks and lunches.
For social events, extra tickets are available for the reception and the banquet. Student registrations do not include Reception and Banquet Tickets. These are available for interested students at an additional fee and can be purchased via the registration system.
Member prices are available for IEEE, ACM, IPSJ, IEICE, and SEA members. Membership will be verified off-line.
Proof of student status must accompany all student registrations.
At least one author of each accepted contribution must register to the conference under author registration (regular registration for conference/SCME/workshop authors and student registration for PhD symposium student authors), or the paper will not appear in the conference/workshop proceedings.
If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate author registration.
Cancellations are possible until Sep. 30, 2016 but are subject to an administrative fee of 30% of the paid amount. Cancellations are not possible after Oct. 1, 2016.
Online registration will not be available after Nov. 1, 2016. However, it will be possible to register on-site when you arrive.

Visa Information

The ministry of foreigh affairs of Japan site shows a list of 67 contries and regions that have visa exemption arrangements with Japan. Citizens from other countries should have a valid visa before departure. Those who require visa need to first complete the registration and payment procedure, and send your Inquiry No. provided from the registration site to er2016-reg[at]se.cs.titech.ac.jp. We will send you an invitation letter.

The residents from some countries are required to get some special documents other than an invitation letter. We strongly recommend to read carefully this site: VISA / Residing in Japan.

Hotel Accomodation

Hotel reservation via conference registration site has already been closed. If you have not reserved the conference hotel (Gifu Miyako Hotel), you can reserve the hotel directly through the hotel website or some travel websites.
